Prince Street Apartments – Addition
Rondeau’s Refrigeration is proud to be part of Marco Group’s latest project, which involves a significant addition to the apartment complex located on Prince Street in Dartmouth.
Rondeau’s will be installing Mitsubishi ductless systems in each of the new units.
Common Works – by Queens Realty in Truro
PHASE 1 construction underway
The re-development of 1-11 Commercial St is named ‘The Common Works’, in which Phase 1 will be the renovation of 1 Commercial St where Ali Naser’s Pizza was previously located. This is to restore the building’s authenticity and allow it to be a nostalgic place for the community of Truro.
Rondeau’s will handle the HVAC-R requirements for the new buildings.
HALIFAX SHOPPING CENTRE
8 CIRCUIT CONVERTED TO 2 CIRCUIT SYSTEM
Rondeau completed the HVAC & R installation for the 2016 renovation of the Halifax Shopping Centre.

Project Highlights: What began as an 8 circuit system was re-engineered to a 2 circuit system with a two stage condensing unit.
AEROTECH WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
DUCTED VRF SYSTEM WITH 10 TONNE MITSUBISHI UNIT
Aerotech Waste Water treatment plant handles the grey water from Stanfield International Airport. The facility underwent a $21M expansion.

SCOTIA SQUARE

Rondeau completed the installation of the Variable Refrigerant Flow system during the renovations of Scotia Square as part of the $7M facelift which began in 2015.

DUCTED VRF SYSTEM
Rondeau design, installs and services HVAC & R systems for aquatic centres and commercial buildings. Rondeau piped in a dehumidifying and heating system for the pool and fitness area of The Plaza apartment complex on Brunswick Street in Halifax.
Rondeau’s Refrigeration executed on the following:
- Installation: 50 ft pipe run to Seresco condensing unit located on the exterior of the building
- Equipment: 6 LG units
